Our flagship core beer - the style we're most well known for, and what we do best. Rosebud is an IPA brewed in the New-England style; the most popular variant of the style in the world. We've hopped this beer with the freshest Citra, Galaxy, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops to create a certified tropical punchbowl of flavour. Strong enough to retain all that incredible flavour and mouthfeel, but sessionable enough to still smash pints of.

Bubble Dream - IPA 6.2%

A firm lockdown favourite returns for another run around! We first brewed Bubble Dream back in those scary first couple of weeks of lockdown, when we'd battened down the hatches, everything was still incredibly uncertain and we were just brewing as much as we could to keep the brewery ticking over. A strong contender for the new in-house favourite IPA when we first produced it, and a stance that still rings true today; this beer set about smashing everything together that we love about modern day brewing. Chinook brings an old school resinous bite underlying the new school juicebomb notes from our ever dependable pairing of Azacca and  Mosaic. Silky, hazy, and juiced out to the max; this is an IPA that cascades along the palate like the dream it references.

Fuzz Generator - Pale Ale 5.7%

What do you do when you find a small glut of one of your favourite varietals hiding in the back of the cold store? You load a beer up with that badboy is what you do! Fuzz Generator is a beer with an express focus on creating all those sweet shop favourites we loved as we were growing up. Lead by a big boy addition of El Dorado, we've brought those huge jelly tot flavour notes right to the front of this beer in abundance. We weren't content to leave things just at that, so a gentler addition of Loral brings bright, punchy lemon drops to the party, before a final addition of Idaho 7 bringes orange sherbert to round this sweet shop fiesta off. With just a whisper of pithy bitterness and herbal complexity running through the background to keep everything in check and held back from falling into a sugar rush, we'd say this is mission accomplished.

Neither Odd Or Even - Pale Ale 5.6%

Anybody who has followed the brewery long enough will know we love to smash together previous hop combos from our dearly departed Originals range and create modern day frankenstein'd-together bangers. Citra Columbus always has a special place in our heart, after a particularly memorable after-work "sampling session" held by Sean and Arron, and we were huge fans of the original version of Enigma Simcoe IPA, so much so that we carried it over to the Augment range that now holds the brewery up. Smashing the two together and reeling back the ABV to a more sessionable 5.6%, we've created a pale ale that brings a swag bag of stone fruit, mango, peach and tangerine notes to the party, with just a little grassy bitterness to boot.
