There’s just something about those South Pacific hops that drives us wild; particularly the varieties we’re able to source from the incredible growing region of New Zealand. Rightly regarded as some of the most sought after hops on the planet, we’ve decided to make a celebration of all things Kiwi with Iron Moves. Going with a gentle whirlpool of even splits of Wai-iti and Motueka set the pace on this beer with a gentle bitterness running throughout, before cold side additions of these same two hops, along with NZ titans Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka impart a metric tonne of powerfully pungent citrus notes, a tropical medley of dragonfruit, mango, and papaya, as well as those characteristic Nelson notes of freshly crushed gooseberries, peach, and passionfruit. A truly special beer brewed in honour of a truly special hop growing region of the world.
