We’ll keep on beating this one until we can’t beat it no more – whilst big soupy juicebombs are all well and good, there’s nothing that is more of a challenge to create from a technical aspect of the brewing game quite like the crisp refreshing nature of a balanced, well-rounded pale ale in our opinion. An alliterative two hop combo of Mosaic and Motueka make up the merriness here in Wilder Side. With a hench dry hop charge of possibly our most favourite stateside slammer offset against a smaller addition of what we feel is a sorely underrated varietal from down under, this pale is utterly bursting with ripe tangerines, candied oranges, lively lemon and lime notes, before a whisper of bubblegum sweetness rounds things off.
