Back for good as part of our Icons range, if Galaxy Mosaic IPA was the beer that set off some rumbles for us, then Rosa was the beer that smashed through the glass ceiling and planted us firmly on the map. Gaining near-universal praise from drinkers and industry insiders when we first brewed it in 2019 for our UK-wide Augment launch, for all the incredible places our Augment range has branched off into since then, we love coming back to what we feel is the benchmark for our DIPAs, and our brewers certainly get giddy with excitement when they know our headline beer is back on the brew plans. Featuring a five-hop mega line up of Simcoe, Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra and Ekuanot, this beer is sticky, juicy, piney and dank - 100% Polly's.

Little Rosa - Pale Ale 5.0%

By far our most well-regarded and well known beer, we've challenged ourselves to bring all the incredible flavour notes, mouthfeel, and aroma of our headline beer down to a palatable and sessionable 5%. Never ones to turn down a challenge, the brew team have knocked it out of the park with this baby version of our favourite beer to brew, bar none. Featuring a fully reeled back 20kg hop bill of Mosaic, Enigma and Citra, and wrapped up in a big warm hug of our bespoke LA3 yeast strain, this beer, much like its bigger sibling blooms with a bouquet of all things dank and juicy but at a sensible and sessionable ABV.

DDH Rosa - Triple IPA 10.0%

With festival season now in full swing, it's only natural to come back to a bonafide festival classic ain't it? Overwhelmingly popular every time we've brewed it previously, each incarnation of the headline act of our original three has progressively gotten better and better, and we've spared no expense on this return to its amplified version either. Featuring an insane 25g/l dry hop charge - we've loaded this version of our most well-renowned beer an extra heavy lashing of Galaxy alongside its superstar lineup of Citra, Mosaic, Columbus and Ekuanot, just to give it that little push into the stratosphere. Our favourite DIPA to brew, nudged up to TIPA strength, Rosa blooms with a bouquet of everything dank and juicy.
