Tax Haven (Cloudwater x Polly’s) – Pale Ale 3.4%

We brewed this intensely hopped Pale Ale with our friends from Polly’s to celebrate the Government’s new found love of 3.4% ABV and our shared pursuit of impactful session beer.  Though we dropped the ABV, we increased the hopping rate to triple our usual amount for this style – with the combo of Strata, Talus and NZ Cascade bringing a kaleidoscope of tropical flavour
