In a world of dressed up, clever names dripping with puns and wordplay, sometimes there’s nothing better than taking the Ronseal approach and doing exactly what our beer says on the tin. A placeholder name initially before we just decided to roll with the concept, Pale Medley is exactly that – a medley of our favourite hop varietals spread evenly across one of our pale ales smack bang in the middle of the strength scale. Not too strong to knock us for six after one, but sessionable enough to knock a couple of pints, Pale Medley brings a certifiable tropical punchbowl of flavour to the party. Featuring one of our biggest dry-hop bills for a pale ale, with Simcoe, Talus, Sabro, Galaxy, Bru-1, Azacca, and Amarillo making a magnificent seven of juicy orange, stonefruit, gooseberry, pineapple and tropical vibes positively pulsing from this pumped up pale.
