You go for that golden Polly’s ABV of 6.1% and create a full-on, maxed out, amped up modern hop-forward IPA that even before its release is being renowned in the brewhouse as one of the best beers we’ve ever brewed. With a hop bill representing three of the most renowned hop-producing countries on the planet, we’ve brought Australian powerhouse Galaxy together with New Zealand titan Nelson Sauvin, and finally the new darling of the US Strata to create our most pillowy soft, juicy, and tropical IPA to date. Expect passionfruit sweetness, gooseberry zing, and soft peach notes a-plenty, backed up with just a whisper of citrus rind bitterness in this bulldozer of a beer.
